Who Is Eligible?
Pediatric services are available for Pennsylvania residents from birth through age 21 who have a medical necessity for skilled care. This also includes children who need a home health aide or skilled nursing support to accompany them to school, as well as patients with approved insurances or waiver programs that fund skilled care in the home.
Adult services are available for Pennsylvania residents age 21 and older who have a medical need for skilled nursing. Services may also be available to participating waiver clients and private pay clients in need of medical care.
